Hello to all of the Emergency fans on the other side of the world and warmest greetings from "Downunder". As you will now have guessed, I am from Australia and have just stumbled across this great site - albeit very late. Despite my late coming, I have long been a fan of Emergency, having grown up on the show as a child... I remember watching it when I was only 4 years old!!! I have been fortunate enough to have secured all episodes of Emergency, including the movies on DVD and have thoroughlly enjoyed watching the episodes over and over again. My interest and enjoyment for the show has never wained; Probably as a result of the fantastic cast and crew and the knowledge that, this show has inspired so many people from all over the world to be a part of one of the most admirable jobs... Firefighting and the Paramedic field. Whilst these two fields operate slighlty differently over here in Australia, one thing is universally the same and that is, that the men and women in these aforementioned fields are truly our heroes... And with that said, I would like to extend a big warm thank you to all of you out there who are Firefighters (both professional and volunteers), Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors. Your service, dedication and pivotal roles within society is well and truly recognised with the greatest respect, admiration and debt of gratitude . Thank you also to the creator/s of this site. I am about to have a "good look around". Til next time, KMG 365... Out ;-)
